The McMillan Fire Department's hiring process for new members is that you fill out an application, return it to the Fire Department at the address listed. Once we have your application the Officer's of the department will set up an interview with you, which would be the second Tuesday of the month. Once the Officer's meet with you, they then will vote on you as a group. Once the Officer's have made their decision the Fire Chief will call you the next day to inform you of the decision that the Officer's have made.
